Heather is a passionate leader, bringing over 20 years of hospitality experience spanning Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt and Choice brands.
Her background has spanned on-property management, regional support and executive leadership. These roles have taken her from small family-owned organizations to large management companies as well as national brands.
In addition to consistently driving award-winning performance, she has had the opportunity to develop systems and processes in everything from operations and sales to talent development, Human Resources and brands and marketing.
Falling in love with his first hotel job as a Front Desk Clerk in college, Mike switched his degree from Areospace Engineering to Hotel and Restaurant Management and never looked back.
His experience ranges from on-site management, to regional roles and executive positions for national brands. Mike’s leadership has encompassed intimate task force teams as well as oversight of 3,000+ hotels across the country.
Working with single owner operators, medium and large management companies, industry REITs and national brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Choice and Best Western, Mike provides a wealth of insight and experience for our clients.
